FORMAZIONE e COACHING per la gestione dei siti NATURA2000

LIFE TraiN2K è un progetto che ha come finalità quella di contribuire al rafforzamento del sistema di gestione dei siti della Rete Natura2000, qualificando le azioni del “ripristino ecologico”, riducendo frammentazioni operative e gap di competenze tra gestori, autorità, settori della ricerca e controllo.
Il progetto realizza un sistema europeo di formazione ibrida (in presenza + e-learning) e definisce tre profili: Natura 2000 Coaches, Eco-Restorers e Ranger Natura2000, con l’obiettivo operativo di formare circa 180 professionisti e creare una community professionale europea più connessa ed efficace per pianificazione, gestione e tutela della biodiversità.

  • Il “sistema formativo” attivato dal progetto prevede la realizzazione:

    Istituto Europeo di Formazione –  hub fisico dedicato al sistema formativo con sede a Sabaudia (Latina) che integra piattaforma e-learning e Master di II livello. Ospita corsi in presenza, esercitazioni e momenti di networking, offrendo infrastrutture, supporto logistico e tutoraggio. Serve a creare competenze armonizzate e una community europea dei nuovi profili (Coaches, Eco-Restorers, Ranger), con una funzione stabile ed implementabile anche oltre il progetto.

  • Piattaforma e-learning specializzata – infrastruttura digitale che sostiene la formazione specialistica del progetto. Raccoglie e rende fruibili moduli didattici, materiali, casi studio e buone pratiche per i tre profili (Natura2000 Coaches, Eco-Restorers, Ranger). Funziona come ambiente di apprendimento flessibile e tracciabile: consente di seguire lezioni online, svolgere attività guidate e aggiornarsi nel tempo, integrando la formazione in presenza dell’Istituto e il percorso del Master. È anche uno spazio di condivisione che aiuta a armonizzare metodi e linguaggi tra Paesi e attori diversi, rafforzando la comunità professionale europea Natura2000.

  • Master II livello “Esperto Natura2000” – percorso universitario avanzato specificamente realizzato nell’ambito del progetto TraiN2K che qualifica professionalmente competenze specialistiche per la gestione dei siti Natura2000 e il ripristino ecologico. Integra didattica teorico-pratica, casi studio e attività applicative, collegandosi alla formazione in presenza dell’Istituto e ai contenuti della piattaforma e-learning. Il Master contribuisce anche allo schema di certificazione del progetto, offrendo un titolo formale e standard formativi condivisi a livello europeo per i nuovi profili (Coaches, Eco-Restorers, Ranger).

Tenendo conto delle diverse regioni biogeografiche e della diversità degli habitat e delle specie protette su scala paneuropea, il sistema formativo beneficerà di:

  • un’ampia e qualificata comunità di partenariato del progetto, 9 diverse organizzazioni: pubbliche-governative; professionali, di esperienza e ricerca, organizzazioni accademiche-formative;
  • una consolidata rete di esperti di vari settori strettamente funzionali alla mission di progetto;
  • una piattaforma digitale con le risorse necessaria per fruire i moduli formativi, casi studio e best practice: accessibile e qualificata;
  • una strategia dettagliata per lo scaling-up: un chiaro processo di crescita esponenziale e sostenibile.
